Venue Hire

The venue hire fee is subject to the Date, Type, and Size of your function.

Confirmation

Confirmation of your event is determined by receipt of deposit.

Deposit

Minimum of 30% of your total estimated charge is required to secure date and time of event.

Final Payment

Final payment (including any security deposits) must be made at least fourteen (14) working days prior to your event. For events taking place in December 2010, final payment must be made at least twenty-one (21) working days prior to your event. We accept Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners and Cash. Please note Amex and Diners payments attract a 3% surcharge. The View Restaurant Fremantle Events Management reserves the right to cancel your event, if deposits or full payment arrangements are not met by the agreed time.

Order By signing The View Restaurant Fremantle Event Order you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Minimum Numbers

Final numbers of guests attending your event must be confirmed upon full payment. The View Restaurant Fremantle reserves the right to charge in accordance with the minimum number initially indicated, if catering numbers have not been finalised. All guests must be fully catered for.

No Shows

No refunds or credits can be offered for guests who fail to attend your event.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

It is our duty of care to serve alcohol in a responsible manner. The View Restaurant Fremantle Events Management has the right to discontinue beverage service if deemed necessary. Intoxicated guests will be required to leave the venue.

Prices and Menus

Are subject to change without notice. Cost quoted will only be guaranteed upon receipt of deposit.

Insurance

The View Restaurant Fremantle will be diligent and cautious of persons and their property, however, no responsibility will be taken for the damage or loss of property left on our premises prior to, during, or after your event.

Damage

Any damage or theft of The View Restaurant Fremantle property caused by guests or sub contractors of an event will be the financial responsibility of the client. The View Restaurant Fremantle Events Management may cancel an event at anytime if we believe our reputation, safety of our employees, or security of premises in the vicinity of The View Restaurant Fremantle are at risk. In this situation no refund will be issued.

Security Deposit

The View Restaurant Fremantle may request a $500 security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

The View Restaurant Fremantle Events Management will share your disappointment if your event has to be cancelled. Cancellations made at least sixty (60) days prior to event, will be eligible for a 50% refund of deposit. Cancellations where less than sixty (60) days notice is given will not be eligible for refund of any payment/s made.

Via email, phone or in person. Event payments by credit attract a 3% processing surcharge.

Cheque

Cheque payment must be made 14 days prior to the date of the event.

We accept cash at our venue or you can deposit it directly into our bank account at any NAB branch see above for our account details.

Please quote the invoice number when making payments directly into bank.
